Obviously see a doctor but if you can't, put a tea spoon of salt in a glass of cold or warm water & gargle making sure that the water goes all the way back your throat than after you finish try eating plain honey. good luck:)

Dear D

Try to swallow a tablespoon of undiluted honey slowly before sleeping and after u woke up. Hope this help.

Be relax and virtualizes that u r singing so well in your event next weekend. Virtualizes your hairdo/makeup/dress/shoe, your audience, and your facial expression, how happy & enjoy u r during the singing. Keep repeating the scene in your mind whenever you can. Better still if you can do that at your event venue, if possible.

Wish u the best

There's an herb called Echinasea, you can get it in the health food store.. it works wonders! Take it like every hour the first day or two, and your sore throat just disappears... I've tried it and it works. Also, Vitamin C can help too.

More specifically, Throat Coat tea made by Traditional Medicinals (most likely found in a health food store, if you have access to one). It makes your throat feel all nice!
