how can i make my hair lighter with stuff in my house i put my hair in bleach just the tips but like less than a minute how long do i have to put my tips on bleach or what can i do to get my hair lighter does cologne make it lighter or what thanks

lemon juice is good and safe method.. vinegar works too... honey also lightens but to a very minute change...
bleach works very fine but ruins the hair .. so i dont recommend it..

u need hair bleach and proxide be sure not to apply to scalp unless it is scalp bleach then look at the strenth of the proxide 20 vol should be left about 20 to 30 mins depend on the natural colour if u wanna use something from home u can us lemon u need to be living in a warm climet the sun helps with the lemon but it will take a while like a few weeks with the bleachif the hair goes yellow dont worrie give it a few more mins and it should lift to the blonde u want

Sorry i dont know what kind of household products can lighten your hair i dont think that would be too great anyway but yea, whatever you do dont use bleach again. That stuff can dissolve your hair. Seriously i was gonna bleach my head and i tested out some of my hair in a ziplock with bleach and it dissolved it.

Try lemon juice....it will be subtle but should show a bit - especially if you can go out in the sun afterwards....but you may have heard this before!?

NO BLEACH!! Are you kidding? get a bottle of sun-in spray it's only a couple of dollars at any drug store.or peroxide.

DO NOT EVER USE HOUSEHOLD BLEACH ON YOUR HEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! go to the store and buy a streaking or tipping kit they are under $10.00
