I recently started taking the dannon yogurts w/ probiotics each day. The instructions say to take them for two weeks to regulate your digestion. I thought It would be a good thing to try for my IBS. I have been taking them for a month and sometimes have two a day. Am I putting my health at risk?

No. Researchers have safely used hundreds of billions of active units of probiotic bacteria in medical studies. These numbers are several orders of magnitude larger than what might be found in yogurt. If you are experiencing benefits from the yogurt, you can safely continue your current 'doses'.

Best wishes and good luck.

No, it is not possible to overdose on probiotics, atleast, that's what sources say.
