Ok well i really like him. i was going to tell him i like him. i got really close to telling him. we had the whole thing planned out, when, where and he agreed and promised to everything. but when i my friend went to get him he told my friend "screw you what does she want" i know that he probably didn't want to look like a fool in front of his friends and leave to come talk to me but it still doesn't excuse why he stood me up
he knows i'm mad at him for what he did and i haven't been talkin to him for a while. i do still like him and want to tell him. i'm pretty sure he likes me too because we have kissed before and held each other and stuff like that. the last time we did stuff like that was in like the beginning of august. i'm not sure if he is ready to hear that i really like him yet. should i keep trying to tell him or just give it up? he is sorry for what he did because he told his friend that is also my friend. but he hasn't come to me yet to tell me. what should i do?

Chances are that he either has someone or[like in my case] is just ashamed of you. Tell him that if he really wants to be with you, he has to prove it by holding your hand in public and by letting his friends know you guys are dating. If he doesn't agree, he isn't worth it. Or if he says he will and doesn't keep to his word, tell him that you'll give him a month (Guys tend to wait a while to make it official so that he knows you guys are "stable"). no one can really tell you what you should do --- (and then say BUT and completely negate the comment) --- no buts --- he is making choices and you seem to be a low priority --- why do guys want to appear "cool" to their friends by not being respectful to their girlfriends --- myself i would much rather to to a lady than a bunch of guys --- generally they are boring --- so you must make a decision --- do you like him that much to be treated like dirt or do you tell him to get lost and find someone that will respect you for who you are??? ---- best wishes

since he is messin with you and playin games with you, you should mess with his mind and play games with him. give him a taste of his own medicine. i hate guys like that.
