No. Lucifer was given intellect and free-will. Just as you are responsible for what you do.

Yes brother,Allah no other god than Allah, created Devil or Satan from the fire, angel from the light and human from the soil.God instructed angels and satans bow down to Adam as human.Angels did it rightly but devils doid not want to bow down. They are conceit. They told to our God that devil is higher than human because they were made from fire.God dropped devils and humans (Adam and Eve) to this world.Devils vowed to our God that they will always try to tempt humans to the wrong path.Allah needs devils for testing the humans whether they will take the right path or the wrong path.Allah gives freedom to humans which way they will choice.God is responsible for hois actions.Humans who have the strong fairh could not be tempted by devils and humans who have the weak faith could be easily tempted by devils.God has given the life guide what should be conducted and what should not be conducted as stated in the holy book(Torakh,Bible and the last Qur'an). So it is the responsible of each human who has selected the wrong path (go to hell) because God has showed it clearly.God has appointed so many prophets as messengers of Allah(the last prophet Muhammad pbuh) for explaining the meaning of the contents of holy book. in line with the development of its era

God created any devil because we wanted that.
We can't remember wanting the devil, but God does.
Are we responsible for wanting devils in our life even if we can't remember asking for that?
These type questions show we are having trouble understanding God.
In this material existence we have trouble just understanding the laws of nature. Beyond the laws of nature is God as the Almighty. But, beyond all this is God who is all love and loving.

God did not create the devil.
God created a holy beautiful spirit being with free will.
That being decided he wanted to be like God, rebelling, and introducing evil into the universe.
Jesus said this about him and those who are in league with him:
44You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father's desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies. John 8:44
If you believe evil about God, then you too have been captivated by Satan and are his pawn, doing his will. Unless you repent, you shall share his fate.

God created Lucifer/Satan/the devil, (he has many names) as an angel. Satan rebelled against God, and took 1/3 of the angels with him in his rebellion. Therefore God has reserved for him everlasting punishment.

All religions are a mass of contradictory terms and sayings. Most say God is all powerful then turn around and say the devil (Satan) is responsible for evil. Well if God is all powerful then he/she/it is responsible for everything.

God has created the Universe, God is running the Universe. God will destroy the Universe. God is the Origin of Universe. God is the Destination of Universe. Spirit can neither be created nor be destroyed. It moves from one body to another. Your body dies, not spirit. Your spirit gets new body after death, based upon your actions in this life. Your target is to make your spirit pure, so that it can merge in Super Spirit (God). Remember wherever there is Happiness in Life, there will be Sorrow. To get Happiness, you must master Sorrow.

God is not responsible for anyone else's actions, as S/he gave us free will. He kicked Lucifer out of heaven, what more would you have her/him do? Is it possible for us to make better decisions from God. Should we pass judgment regarding God's decisions. I'm grateful I don't have to. How 'bout you?
Peace

1) There is no devil.
2) Even if there were, how would God be responsible for the free act of another being, even if he is creator? If I have a grown child, are his acts my acts? If he does wrong, am I the guilty party?

No, the devil, just as we, has free will to do what he wants to do. In the end, he will pay for his misdeeds just as we will if we do not repent and seek forgiveness.
