Dab baking soda mixed with water to form a paste onto your zits. If they're all over, than use this as a mask. Let sit for 4-6 minutes. Don't overdo it on the time! This is a very powerful cleanser. Rinse with barely warm water. Pat dry.

Use plain yogurt as a natural cleanser. Use about a tblsp, gently massaging over face. Rinse with BARELY warm water. Pat dry. Try this the morning after you do the mask.

Salt actually works a bit better than toothpaste, because it immediately shrinks the zit. Just put a hot rag on your face to heat it up and immediately shake some salt onto your hand and smear it onto the trouble spots. Leave it on for about an hour and keep refreshing it until it's time for bed, and then do it again in the morning and I guarantee that the zit will look almost nonexistent.

Use eggyolk after cleansing face. The yellow stuff inside the egg. Stir it up then apply to face for 15 minutes then rinse with warm water. Do this directly before going to bed!! In the morning your zits will be reduced or gone.

But you can use this also http://www.internatural-alternative-health.com/ingr/ingr283299.cfm

This can be purchased at any beauty supply store. Its around $4 and comes in a big tube. Use this 1-3 times a week before going 2 bed. Read directions carefully.

Toothpaste. Just regular toothpaste not the gel type. Dab a little bit on zits before bed and they will be much less in the morning. No kidding. Really works!

2nd on toothpaste (NOT the gel kind). It really does work. I know its not homemade but I hope you have some in your house.

You can also apply salt solution to them. I have also had success by putting a dab of neosporin on a bandaid then putting salt on the neosporin (the neosporin is just to hold the salt really) and then putting it on the pimple overnight. The salt dries out the blemish.
