For a raw fed dog the recommendation is between 2-3% of expected adult weight per day.
At 2 months split this over three or four meals, drop to three by about 3 months, and to two meals at 5-6 months.
So using the AKC maximum of 6 pounds you would need to feed between 0.12 and .018 pounds per day

I feed my puppy 1/2 Yorkie 1/2 Maltese 1/4 cup dry science diet twice a day he is 2-1/2 months and about 2lbs . sometimes he eats it all and sometimes there is some left. I have heard that you should keep some food available at all times for the first week or 2 that you have him so he knows you will feed him after that you are supposed to set feeding times and take food away after 30 min. this is supposed to help aid potty training as you can kinda predict when they have to potty. I've heard this from several people dont know if it works as Jax is my first. good luck

As a chihuahua breeder, I can tell you that the best way to feed a young chihuahua puppy is to free feed it. Leave food out for it all day so it can eat when it wants. Chihuahuas are nibblers. They sometimes eat a bite or 2 at a time. Free feeding is the best way to make sure your pup does not become hypoglycemic(low blood sugar). It can kill an otherwise healthy pup very fast.

The best is to mix PUPPY can food with the crunchy niblets...Eukinuba, (check spelling). Remember to use only puppy formulas. Now, for your 2 month old, use about 2 tablespoons of the can food with 3/4 cup of the crunchies, mix with warm water to make gravy,,not too much. The puppy will love it. The Eukinuba is very healthy and good for the puppy. Also, be sure you feed the puppy 3 times per day. First at about 7:00 am feeding....2:00 feeding and at 8:00 pm. Hope this helps and remember, when the puppy grows, make the portions a little bit more.

Depend on what brand of dog food you use. Dry or canned.
Usually, there will be a chart on the bag of food to tell you how much to feed.
Ex: I feed my 5 months Yorkie 1/2 cup of dry IVet and Royal Canine mix per day.

What are you feeding her? If you are feeding her a bagged or canned food, read the instructions on the bag which will tell you how much to feed her according to her weight. Some foods are made for toy breeds. If you are home cooking, check with your Vet to make sure her diet is balanced and ask the Vet about amounts to give her according to what her diet is. Same with raw diet.

1-2 times a day and try not to fill up his bowl too much only up to like 1/2-3/4. you can feed him only once because he'll get hungry again and you can't feed him 3 times a day because his stomach is still too small.

I would free feed her , to avoid sugar shock . Toy breeds seem to just eat a little bit at a time.
