I have no religion to control who news I trust. I think pretty much every news program has its flaws and I don't put 100% trust in anything I see in the media. But I thinkThe 700 Club is the most unapolgetically biased news program I've ever watched.

I believe in God, but any church that I go to has no affect on what news I watch or what I trust about it. Gee-I didnt even know the 700 club had news. I would think they would be a little slanted. I watch a lot of channels for news and I believe some of it. That's the first time I've heard that watching CNN is horrible-lol. Pardon me-that's not for you.

I only watch ABC news...because I don't have cable, and that's the only station I get. However, I don't let my faith determine my news source. When possible, I try to get from a variety of sources. Regardless of how unbiased and objective a station, or reporter claims to be, individual preferences will creep in. Religious based news programs are likely to have the strongest slant, in my opinion, because they are openly biased in a particular direction. I watch them, because they will give information that a main stream media may not, but I try to keep a balance of information from different sources.

Ya know, I only trust the news from Katie Couric.
Geez.... did this lay already give her life savings to the 700 club?
I have a strong distaste for tele-evangelists.
I really don't think one would get fair and unbiased reporting from The 700 Club.
I could be wrong, I suppose. But, I'd have to see it to believe it.

CNN is not really for religion person, because most of time it based on the liberal or atheist point of view. 700 club is Christian news but i don't watch anymore, too many hypothetic going on, always claim to predict the future, and heavy based on miracle story to attract people to watch little really on the bible itself.

During commercials I watch ALL of them. I have a remote...click click click click click...and I compare...then draw my own conclusions. I usually don't watch the news on 700 club unless I happen to click on it. Speaking of not believing the news..my father in law (said) he didn't believe we really landed on the moon...that the newscasters just made it look like we did. I don't know if he was a skeptic...or just kidding. He died so I can't ask him now.

wow
Pat Robertson, the 700 Club, TBN, Fox News, the Heritage Foundation, the PNAC, all connect with things like Focus on the Family, WallBuilders to spin all news so the "faithful" only get the screened news and none of the rest, filtered out to make them look real and believeable "fair and ballanced"
BBC for me is much better, see it on PBS 2 times a day
see also propaganda, ministry of information

I read news from various sources, both left and right. As to trust, when someone has been shown to manufacture the "news," I quit using them as a source. Reuters and the Associated Press have earned my distrust as a result.
