yes you can. the people being robbed will have the perception that you have a gun. the robber is wanting the people to think he has some type of weapon.you do not have to actually have the weapon as long ans the people being robbed percieve that you do have one.

Would a bank teller really give up money if threatened with those things?
There has to be a threat of force or harm. It is possible to rob a bank without a weapon, but it usually involves a threat to the teller like a note or a statement to do harm. If you walk into a bank and say, "Give me money or I will clean your ears." You will find yourself arrested. Maybe even in a padded cell.

Depending on what you are planning to DO with the Q-tip and plastic spoon.....actually Yes, if you are deemed mentally unstable and it is documented. A threat to yourself or society. And if it isn't documented before you do this, it WILL be after!

Seeing as how ridiculous and nonsensical this is the cops would probably arrest you and consider you a high risk
mental nut case and send you to the loony bin instead or to the mental health hospital for evaluation after arresting you
