The control side of the pump fuse is under the driver's side dash on the fuse panel. The power supply for the pump is either a fusible link or a fuse and that one is under the hood.

I own a shop, and have worked on vehicles for many years. I have yet to see a fuse in the tank on any vehicles. If you have the owners manual for the vehicle, it will tell you where the fuse is located, if not; then look under the dash on the drivers side, and also under the hood on the drivers side. A lot of times you have to have the manual in order to tell which fuse is which, but in some cases the cover for the fuses have this info on them. If this doesn't help, then go to the library, and pull a Chilton's Repair Manual for your vehicle, and see what it says. If you will look around the brake master cylinder, and around the left fender, you will find a test lead for the fuel pump. It should be a red wire that has a plug on it, but is not plugged onto anything. One can test the fuel pump by hooking a (+) wire from the battery to it momentarily while listening to see if the pump comes on. This sends power directly to the pump, and is there for test purposes. If it comes on; then you may have a blown fuse, if not then it could be the pressure regulator, bad wiring, a loose connection, or the pump not getting a ground from the wire that attaches to the frame near the fuel tank. In the worse case, the pump is burned out, and must be replaced. The hot summer weather gets a lot of pumps. One other thing to check is; the pump (for safety reasons) is wired through the oil sending unit, and if the engine has no oil pressure, the pump will not work.
Glad to help out, Good Luck!!!
