The same as it is now, because the effects of global warming will take longer than 10 years to become significant. People who say New York City will be under water in 10 years are just setting themselves up to have the global warming deniers say in 10 years, "I told you there was no problem" when the real problems will not become obvious for at least 50 years.

10 years? Who can predict that? It depends on how "feedback" mechanisms affect global warming. Like, reflective snow melts, exposes dark ground warming occurs faster. They affect the time over which global warming becomes severe, which is the biggest unknown.

Between 10-30 years, if we do nothing to reduce global warming:

Seacoast areas will begin to flood, first in storms, then all the time.

Farmers everywhere will start to have the problems growing crops that Vermont maple syrup farmers have now.

Changing rain patterns will make some irrigation systems unnecessary, while they will be required in places they're not needed now.

Weather will be more severe, stronger storms, more floods, more droughts.

We'll be realizing what trouble we're in and starting a very expensive crash program to do something about it.

Pretty much like it is now, unless the liberals manage to use global warming to put themselves in complete control of every aspect of our lives and then strip away all of our personal freedoms.
