I'm looking for something thats shaggy but not a shagg rug. More of a synthetic fur that looks like animal hair or something.

hmm well I just searched on Ebay and couldn't find anything. But if there is one place where you can buy EVERYTHING, it's ebay. So just go ahead and keep searching.
Also, you can always check out some rag shops you have in your area. If you don't know of any, use Yahho Yellow Pages.
You can probably find a fabric that is what you want your rag to be made of. Then just cut it in the shape you want (Martha Stewart style?) :-)
