Mixed Drink-Strawberry Daiquiri

Apple pie in a bottle:
1 gal apple juice
1 gal apple cider
3 cups brown sugar
8 sticks cinnamon
1 tsp allspice berries
1 liter everclear
Mix top 5 ingredients in large pot and simmer (not boil) for 2 hours.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
When cool add everclear.
Carefully pour into bottles of choice and store in cool dark place (does not need refrigeration) for a month or two, shaking occasionally.
Serve cool or warm.
Caution: a little goes a long way!

I have two, a regular old Beefeater Martini, or a White Russian.. Oh, I think I'll have that last one right now!!
Those apple martinis sound good too though...

Depends on the ocassion:
Party time: any Rum with cola
Formal party: 23 year old Rum and a bit of cola
Special ocasions: 12 year old Whisky with water
just hanging and in a sunny day: Beer
Watching a game or in a concert: Beer

I don't drink booze very often. In fact, it's been over 1 1/2 years, but my last time, it was Bailey's Irish Cream with ice and lots of milk.

I don't drink alcohol.
But I love the taste of vanilla and almond food flavoring, and that is 90% alcohol. :-)
