Because my dad hit me, and now it's all sore and red. What do I do to get rid of the pain?

You're of college age, according to your other questions, so it's not like you're a bratty 10 year old. He had no business hitting you and I think you should call the police. To ease the pain, take some Tylenol and apply warm compresses to the area.

Take a pain reliver and put an ice pack on your back. I hope your dad won't hit you anymore.

call the authorities on him......he can't just hit you in the back like that....discipline is one thing and trust me....I'm all for it...spank the a.s.s.....do not hit in the back, it can cause damage and long term problems......if this is something that he does frequently....you need to stop this.....sorry, but I can't help protect you through the computer...you have to do this your self.....GOOD LUCK TO YOU !!!!!

call the police and have them look at it he will have to got to anger management classes, do it before he thinks he can get away with killing you one day possibly soon.And while you still have the mark to show them
