Please watch it, if you haven't seen it already, and respond with your thoughts. No BS answers that have no basis, please be intelligent and back up your facts just like the movie does. I'm curious about all three parts. The first part is going to be the most threatening to most people, but the evidence contrary to Christianity seems irrefutable. But faith is blind, I suppose. As for the second two parts, I'm sure most of us already knew our government is completely corrupt and that we live in a Fascist country, but this just drives the point home with clear, hard evidence. Thank you, I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

I saw it. I am aware of much of what was said there, and about the significance to people of "faith." Personally, I think it's time we stop showing so much deference to the concept of faith, which is generally belief in the absence of evidence, or even in the face of evidence to the contrary. We wouldn't accept that sort of unreasoning style in any other area, but in religion, we just sort of pat them on the head and say "whatever," or even tell them we admire their faith. I can't do that anymore, not with fundamentalist Christians and fundamentalist Muslims prepared to destroy the entire world to bring on "the end times."

P.S. I'm not sure about the accuracy of the thing about December 25th. It is actually a few days AFTER the winter solstice, so I'm not sure they mean literally on the same day, or rather within a few days. But I do know that the seasons and cycles have been used by many religions, and they have long borrowed elements of myths from one another.

I think the Christianity part may have been overly simplified (but I never bothered to verify/disprove the sun god stuff). I thought it was interesting, though, and like the astrological relevance (Age of Aquarius...lol).

I think the 9/11 thing, like in Loose Change, jumped to a bit of a conclusion. I like the questions that they raise and the descrepanices brought up, but I do not think it proves the conspiracy theories that they assume from this lack of info.

I don't even know what to think about the Federal Reserve thing....should we resort to communism?

I have watched this movie twice now. The one question that is prevalent in my mind is....

What as Americans are we suppose to do, if all these things are true?

What recourse do we have?

We're awake, but powerless.
