you need to change the focus off your body weight and to your body composition or the amount of body fat that you have. the less body fat that a woman has the less cellulite there will be.

I myself have cellulite and stretch marks...and honey honestly there is no real cure for this. I just dress very conservatively, simple and chic and that's it. I just accept it. I always have hang ups but I tell myself if that's the worst i can have on my body. I'd rather have that than be disfigured, have loads of pimples or...whatever. What I can suggest is cocoa butter for the stretch marks even thought it takes over a year. I use it almost every of my life all over my body and my stretch marks have diminished a lot. For cellulite, when I'm in the shower, I scrub and massage the back of my thighs a lot and do runs and jogs quite often. Cellulite is due to genetics, poor nutrition and poor circulation of the blood...so I try to "manage" it by running, jogging, walking, massaging& scrubbing and eating well. That's all...but i wish you luck because it's definitely hard to deal with!

Getting rid of stretch marks is rather a difficult task. The most effective way to handle this problem is to follow a proper care routine that prevents their occurrence. Massaging on the stretch marks serves as an excellent home remedy for stretch marks removal. You can either use olive oil, flaxseed oil, vitamin E oil or cod liver oil for the purpose of massage.
