every time i try installing something this appears "another installation is running please finish that one before starting this one" But the thing is im not installing anything else!!! What i do!!!???

Theres nothing running. Except for Firefox. Do i go to applications or what?

Try checking in task manager to see if something is running in the background. Turn off all the icons you can in bottom bar to your right hand side. (the items that load at start up) hope you find it with this.

try to close all programs running on your computer before installing any new software. If the message still appears then restart your computer then try to install your software again.

you can try hitting the ctrl-alt-del keys to open your task manager and see if ther are any aplications running.

press control+alt+delete and see whats running
