I don't think it will be hard to find a company willing to give you a credit card with no annual fee, but they may give you a higher than normal APR. If you're responsible with the card and pay off the balance in full every month, it won't matter what your APR is.

Considering the wording in your last sentence - "buys me something" - you're not responsible enough for a credit card. It does not buy you something. The company backing the card gives you a loan, interest free for one month. You're still buying whatever because you have to pay back the credit card company.

Credit cards are great to have for an emergency and to build credit, but you can seriously mess up your future finances if you're not careful

You are already starting off with the wrong attitude. They do have pre-pay credit cards out there. They build your credit.

So you want one why ?

Contracts with minors are not enforceable ,
(credit is a form of contract )
So the only way is to get an adult to put you on one of their cards .

Then don't get a credit card. Why do you NEED a credit card?

Credit is no longer a good idea. I encourage debit cards.
