how come some guys just don't get the hint?

i've been pursuing this guy for a bit, and from what I've heard he kind of likes me too, so what is he waiting for?? He just seems to always be waiting for me to initiate stuff (which I always do), but honestly I'm tired of this "game" and I'd prefer to him to make the first move.

So what should I do?

IMPORTANT: He KNOWS I think he's cute, I told him. And also, from pretty reliable sources, he thinks I'm attractive too.

And he's not a player, I KNOW he's not (call it a woman's intuition, but I don't think he's had much experiences with the girlfriend area in the past)..he has girl friends, however, so I don't think he's socially awkward. I just don't know.

Ask him to go have a burger with you. Spend an hour or two with him, don't go saying anything crazy, go as buddies and leave with phone numbers and a "lets do this again soon, I had fun". Smile and give a look with a hint of interest as the last thing that he sees as you enter your house. He will then be all over the situation, and if not, it was never meant to go any farther.

Heres a valuable lesson for you, guys dont pick up on hints no matter how obvious they are so quit expecting us to!
And if youre not willing to make the first move yourself then Id have to say you dont like him as much as you say you do.

He is just shy. Guys like that need to know how you feel before they make a move. So it may require some work on your part, but all relationships require some work so get to work.

well must guys have a fear of rejection.and with that fear comes shyness. AND all you have to do is say "i like u"and that fear should go away.BUT after saying that and he still does not get the clue leave it alone .you should not have to chase a guy they should chase you.do this last attempt than just leave it alone if he still does not get it.
