Ok, here's some real advice from an old pro... hehe. When I was 14 I dated a guy who was 17. We had sex all the time, it was really fun. Then I started to change my mind about the physical side of the relationship. He didn't feel the same way. He was more of the mind that "we already do it, what difference would it make to stop?" There was a few times that I would say no, and he'd hold me down and force himself on me. I know this isn't necessarily what will happen to you, but believe me when i tell you that 14 year old girls and 17 year old boys are not even the same species. All his body wants is sex--now, he's probably a nice guy from the neck up, but everything else is screaming to get in your pants. Be careful with this. I think a lot of the baggage I carried around for years was because I had sex way too early. Sex is definitely something that can wait. I'm not saying wait until marriage, that's a personal decision, but at least wait until you feel like an adult, not a kid (and trust me, at 14, that is NOT now).

He can't have sex with you. It's statutory rape. I live in NY, so to be considered legal and have consent ( being able to have sex) the girl must be 17. I don't know what state you're in but you should try to find out.
This is my opinion though. What does a 17 y/o want with a 14 y/o. You should ask yourself that. Maybe he just wants the sex and nothing else. I mean if all you want is sex too, then do whatever you want. But maybe you should just focus on school and worry about sex until your at least 17. And of course whenever you have sex use a condom.

Honestly:
He is waaaaaaay to old for in my opinion. You shouldnt even be hanging out with a 17 year old! He's practically a man. And a 14 year old shouldnt even be thinking about having sex. And a 17 year old shouldnt even be thinking about having sex with a 14 year old. The law doesnt say anything about how old you have to be to date, or how old your dating partner can be, but generally the age of consent is around 16-18 in the united states.
I gave you my opinion, but still, make the choice that you think will be right for you in the long run. Make the right decision
:)

Actually i think itz perfectly okay.. Nd i think that 18 yr old guys can't have sex with girls that are under age and they can't date girls that are under 16 w/o parents permission.. I'm pretty sure the that u and him dateing isn't breaking any laws.. I dated a 19 yr old guy wen i was 15.. so yea.. I don't think any laws come into play until he turns 18.. If you guys want to date you should try it..

Well truthfully I don't think you are ready to be in that kind of a relationship. If he forces you to do it with him then you need to just forget about him. You are 14. You should still be thinking guys have coodies. Well not exactly but you shouldn't be that involved yet. You are still young. Go out with someone your age and when you are much older, then go out with older guys. Seriously, find someone your age or 15 or something around that age group.

I think thats its wrong for a girl your age to date a guy that might be more mature than you...but then again dating should not be categorized by age it should be categorized by the way you feel for each other

I think its 18 and a minor, but i also think sex is wrong, he's using you....a 17 year old guy normally would date girls his own age so i think he's using you....your gunna regret it.
