world yacht marina cruises in new york?

has anyone ever been on this cruise? how is it?
i just reserved tickets and i would like to know where i pcik up my boarding passes at? it says "Please bring your credit card for identification to our reservation window when picking up your boarding passes." i have no idea if i go there on the date of my cruise or before to pick it up ! thanks for your help

call the company and ask the questions.
I did that just recently and was pleasantly surprized that i had all the information i needed.
