Go to the local bookstore, and look in the automotive section for books on bodywork, working with fiberglass, body repair, etc. You can find more information about these in there.

just get some crappy box setup for the base work. then get fiberglass mesh and resin. u will mesh over the box and form it to how u want it to look then u will fiberglass it and coat it in resin. do all this in a dry settin with ventalation like ur garage with a fan on. dont do if its rainin outside it will be too humid. after u apply it let it dry then sand it down till its all smooth. then pick ur color paint and paint. then install the subs. hook it up and enjoy ur kickin system. fyi u could also put some lights on it to make it really badass. have fun

You will need fiberglass, resin, and mesh. Make a mold to then form this on. (it might be called a cast). Don't make it out of styrofoam, it will melt! Lay the mesh.. read directions to mix fiberglass and resin.. pour.. dry.. sand to perfection.

Don't do this in your trunk... install it in the trunk after completion.
