No way to really compare these two as you have an adult versus a teenager. The adult has freedom to make his own choices,get a job, get married,have a family, enlist in the Armed Forces, sign legal documents, move,many other things that are gained by becoming an adult. The worst probably is this adult is now responsible for his own actions where the teenager is still under his parents control. The teenager still has the best years of his life to come and has virtually no rsponsibilities living under mom and dads roof except maybe getting thru school and household chores but basically still has it made

At 19 you are a adult have to have a job support your self at 13 you live with mom and she takes care of you
