If you are claiming that you were hurt at work and want to collect workman's comp you will have to go to the doctor that your company sends you to. Their insurance is paying the bill and can insist on you using their doctor. You can get a second opinion on your own if you dont like their doctor but you will have to pay for it yourself. However, you may be able to get the costs back if you have to sue the company for a settlement.
