they suddenly loose appetite and get a nasty pastel yellow green diearrea that smells like a dead animal. then they get better for about six hours and die. just fall asleep and don't wake up. this one isn't at the diearrea stage yet just no appetite and sleeps a lot.

i might not be a expert but Ive hand reared alot of cats from three weeks old and i would probably guess that the kitten's have gastroenteritis and usually the mum of the kitten would be constantly cleaning there rear end.
try bathing the kitten with warm water and use cotton wool buds making sure you dry them well kitten's are acceptable to hypothermia, they need antibiotics straight away, and if there not drinking buy lacsolote formula for kittens to feed them more in case there not getting enough nutrients you can get that from the vet, also try half a tea spoon of sugar and half a tea spoon of table salt with a full glass of water give them as much as they can manage with using a five mill syringe that acts like a drip i guess there dehydrated right about now.and that will help them fight a greater chance of survival good luck

The fact that you already lost one kitten and the other is getting sick suggests to me that you are a novice at raising kittens, those little guys should have been given proper veterinarian attention at the first stage of illness.
Chances are there is very little hope for the other kitten, hope I'm wrong but these little guys are very delicate and need food and water regularly, any change in appetite or water intake can be fatal.
Hope you are not giving the kittens regular milk, that's a no-no, that alone will cause diarrhea and dehydration.
If you are financially able to, get the kitten to the vet as soon as possible, there still is hope for its survival.

I'm so sorry for the loss of your other kittens. You need to get your kitten to the vet first thing tomorrow morning. Don't call - just take him/her in and say that it is an emergency. If you are having money problems, they will work out some kind of payment plan for you, I'm sure.

Please take your kitten to a vet immediately.

You need to talk to a vet. A lot depends on the age of the kittens. Are they newborn? Were they premature? It sounds like a gastric problem. Have they eaten something they shouldn't? Have you given them cow's milk? It's far too strong for tiny kittens. Are they warm enough? Have they been wormed?

Ah get the vet straight away, you didnt say how old or if mum is still around for them but if mum has given up on them and she is fine then they are prob not going to survive. If she is ill you need the vet now. For the kittens themselves, if you can get some moisture in to them and keep them warm and stimulated, by this I mean massage them like their mum does when she is licking them, just keep stroking them.

It's very important you take the kitten to the vet before the diarrhea happens; diarrhea can very quickly cause dehydration and cause death. Do not give your kitten milk....; check out the website below for more info...
