start by introducing yourself and being a friend, try to get her to like you but bear in mind that she may be hapy with the bloke she's with. friendship is always a good place to start, and u've also got to be careful with the present boyfriend cause he may knock your block off if he finds out your trying to walk away with her

She is with someone else at the moment, that is why you need to play the friend role right now. Bump into her somewhere, intorduce yourself and take it from there. Find a book that she is reading or a movie she likes and start a conversation about it that works. Just don't come on to strong. You will scare her away

Well, first obviously you'll have to get to know the girl, and get to know her in such a way as to not threaten the person she's dating. It's not a turn on to criticize the current boyfriend. let her know you're into her and hang out with her a lot. if she's into you something will happen.
