like him and he's very outgoing and talks to alot of girls but he is always asking me stuff like why won't i pay more attention to him (jokingly.) He starts the conversation often and taught me how to do a handshake. Everytime we walk past each other he'll look at me and if I look back at him, he'll say something funny to me. Today during our break he came over by me and my friends and started playing basketball with us. And also today when he went to go get a soda he asked me if I would watch his food for him. He says we're tight and "buddies" and I told him he has too many buddies and he was like their just friends and I walked away and he jokingly said i was breaking his heart! My teacher asked me wut i was doin this wkend and I said being bored and he heard and told me that i have his permision to call him. He asked if I had his number and I said my bro does (he does). But I called him an hour ago and he hung up on me for no reason so i called back and he didnt answer.

Does he have any younger brothers or sisters? My daughter has a friend who has 2 little brothers and sometimes when she calls her friend one of the brothers will pick up the phone then hang it up without saying anything. And when she'd call back he wouldn't answer. He only did this when the parents weren't home, though. And her friend is usually upstairs with the music blasting so loud that the phone can't be heard.
I don't know if this is what could be happening there but I wouldn't be upset about anything. Just ask him in school tomorrow who might have been home around the that hour of the day.

Maybe he was scared and didn't think you would really call him. Talk to him at school or call him back in like two hours. Don't keep calling or else he'll think yur weird and you might not be as close as before. But I hope everything works out with you.

1. he's either playing with you (which is possible since he said "we're buddies".
2. he's so nervous he can't handle the call
3. he has a bad reception and couldn't hear you over the phone and thought it was a stalker
4. he already has a g/f
you should either take these actions when you next see him
1. give him the ignore/silent treatment
2. ask him directly

Maybe he thought your brother was calling him.
Maybe he's playing around.
Maybe his phone just suddenly died. It happens.
I think the last option might be most fitting. Talk to him at school, casually mention the call you gave him. Just be like "blah blah, you you this, blah...more subject here...then oh, hey , i called you on (insert day), i heard a this, but there was silence." something like that. Hopefully you find out what's up.

Thats mean, he's playing a game with you. He doesnt want to talk to you bc he's probably occupied with some girl. I wouldnt call him back. See if he talks to you 2morrow at school, better yet get someone else to call an see if he picks up

This guy doesn't sound right in the head, heed the advice of others and run. He gives me the vibe that he's either a user and abuser or just a wally trying to act cool. Which ever it is (and it is one of those) you shouldn't waste your time.

He is just a very friendlly guy who sees you as a friend. Most outgoing guys are like that. Maybe he's not calling you back because he didn't know it was you one the phone.

This guy sounds weird and too hard to deal with---why has he lead you on like this and then hang up? I think you sound ignore him, stay away---he's just playing, probably trying to get as many girls as he can to like him and chase him.
