I don't know if there is a true conversion
I bench 80-80 dumbells and 180 with the bar.

1. my left is particularly stronger, I believe there are some compensating issues I haven't worked out.
2. Comfort issue - feel more comfortable with dumbells so I go heavier with them. Guys who bench 180 bar cannot do 80-80 dumbells and guys who do 80-80 dumbells generally lift a lot more than I.

there is no conversion. the only way to know what you bb bench press is to do it, guessing will not get you very far in this sport.
