1. One man and one woman begat the entire human race (but their kids didn't commit incest). They were naughty for seeking knowledge when an invisible being (who created them) had tempted them with the knowledge, but told them it was wrong to have it. Since these two people were naughty, everyone else who ever followed them is naughty by implication.

2. An invisible being in the sky told a man who had no previous experience as a naval archietect to build the world's largest boat and collect two of every animal (including hundreds of thousands of species that were in places he didn't even know existed). The invisible made inundated the world and it was only the old man who saved everything from oblivion.

3. Some other old guy, a leader of his people, talked to go and split a giant body of water in two so that people could walk across without getting wet.

If it is in the bible...IT IS TRUE!

The Bible does not say that one man and one women beget the entire human race, that they sinned by craving knowledge, that the being in question was invisible, that they were tempted by said being, that they were wrong to have knowledge, or that everyone else is "naughty" because of them.

The Bible does not say that Noah had no naval architectural experience, that the boat was the largest, that he collected two of every species on earth, that the entire planet was flooded, or that one old man saved everything from oblivion.

And, of course, it does not say that one old man split a giant body of water in two.

1. If you read the Bible you would already be able to see this as true. When Adam and Eve sinned their genes were perfect. Incest was not an issue in their team, incest came about when genes became more and more imperfect which lead to disabilities or something going wrong when genes that were too close were mixed. You see these days people have kids with different families because their "bad" gene may be countered by the other persons "good" gene which cancels it out. But say you have a bad gene and you have kid with your sister and she has the same bad gene then there is nothing to stop an abnormality. They were not naughty for seeking knowledge, God was testing them, God likes to give choices. But first he wanted to see if they were truly faithful.

2. Noah and his family built the ark and got the animals blah blah blah yeh. It is not impossible, a theory to the way God did this was just to collapse the Ozone layer which would then flood the earth. It's possible.

3. A little iffy, but you never know with God all things are possible.

1. I'm not EVEN going to answer the first part...but as for him tempting them with knowledge, he was testing their faith, because he wanted them to choose him over mere temptations. and it was never a trheat until SATAN tempted them. and everyone was sinful just because adam and eve sinned because you can't get water from mud. get it?

2. Stop with the freaking invisible. If you actually read the Bible expecting reasons that might actually persuade you that christianity is real, you would know that he only "invisible" because we can't see him as long as we are sinful. didn't you read the Bible at all, before coming down here with your little proof of his nonexistance? He "disappeared" as soon as adam and eve sinned. and two of every animal probably wasn't that hard with God's help, and since you probably believe in evolution, there weren't so many species back then.

3. He prayed to God and God split a body of water, through moses (aka old guy as you say) so that people could get across their escape route from the murderers behind them

and i completley agree with snow white- metaphors, which a lot of people don't seem to get

to joecitizen66- ATHEISTS should read the bible more carefully...though some christians should as well

That's like saying man started from the sea and then inhibited the land millions of years later.

And Evolution has this thing with using "Oh, it takes millions of years to evolve." That comes off more like an excuse when hard answers come up.

And honestly, Evolution has flaws and holes itself. Even Darwin couldn't explain certain parts of the body. The eye for example.

"In his book (The Origin Of Species) he(Darwin who also was Anglican) made statements that seemed to assume that someone or some force had created the very first living being on Earth from which the other forms had descended and formed. He did not say that this creator was God, but his language and his vagueness left room for those to speculate that it was so."-Evolutionism & Creationism By B.Sonder

Fairy tales point in your direction too.

1. Adam & Eve were created in God's image. They had a soul and free will, concious thought. The other people did not. Eve asked Adam if their sons would be ok with the others. 2.He did not take two of every animal. Only two of "clean" animals. Considering what the old world considered clean, it would only be about 500 animals. 3.It wasn't the Red sea, it was the "sea of reads" in the delta area. When ever it rains for three days, the marsh recedes, and then comes rushing back. People on foot would be ok. People on chariots would not.

1 your first question contains the lie that God tempted Adam and Eve - the serpent tempted them.
As Adam represents the federal headship of mankind, those born after Adam not only have original sin but original guilt.

2 God saved the species from oblivion. All aquatic species were preserved obviously in water.

3 Moses did not part the Red sea - God parted it. The remains of the Egyptian chariots have been found.

So as presented none of your stories are true.

ALL that are meant to be literal AND all that are symbolic of other things.

Yes. There was a lot of incest going on back then. Just because its illegal today doesn't mean squat several thousand years ago. Try stoning someone to death in the USA and see how well that goes over.

Also, whomever believes in a life creating cosmic explosion that occurred for no apparent reason, and formed from nowhere, all on its own, and somehow gave birth to organisms, must believe in miracles.

Where did the mass come from that created this universe? Why did everything fall into orbit versus simply crashing into every nearby body with a gravitational pull? How miraculous is that? How did living organisms simply spring out of inorganic matter? You appear to believe in something even more far fetched than the existence of a sentient life form we call God.

Now don't mock the incest part. That is how people evolved to be stupid without evolution. And don't forget Incest II following Noahs' seafaring adventure. Not only people but animals had to go through the incest cycle a second time. No wonder we have so many dumb animals.

Oh my!
Yes that sounds so stupid compared to the idea that
atoms decided to orginize themselves into living matter, gave themselves RNA and DNA, and then simultaneously taught themselves not only to feed themselves, but to procreate, and mutate into the bajillions of life forms on the earth.
Yep, the whole life by chance thing is so much more ligical, even though, humans, in their best efforts, (intelligent design) can not create anything even closely resembling life that will procreate, and even repair and feed itself at the molecular level.
Yet. that is what you blind followers of abiogenesis/evolution have swallowed hook line and sinker!
Then you actually have the nerve to stand up, heads held high, and mock the creationists!

Look once more at your science!
And will at least one of you acknowledge, that you belief system is based upon scientific 'democracy'?
If not,? you are more pathetic than the worst fundamentalist!

More christians should read this stuff... I mean REALLY read it... word for word.
It is ridiculous in the extreme!!!
A cautious reading of Genesis would lead to a massive outbreak of atheism.

Foxtrot should pick up a science book before trying to refute the theory of evolution.
What he knows about science couldn't fill a thimble.
