teas are naturally occurring there is no concern with them if you are not allergic to them. you should be wary of anything that was made by man and altered with chemicals, not naturally occurring foods.

green tea contains less caffeine than coffee: there are approximately thirty to sixty mg. of caffeine in six - eight ounces of tea, compared to over one-hundred mg. in eight ounces of coffee.

It has MANY other health benefits.

Green tea and black tea come from the same leaf. Black tea is just dried longer.

Green tea can prevent kidney stones, while black teas can cause kidney stones.
