I asked a Union roofer that question in a bar one time and he said; "I have two words for companies who hire illegal aliens, "Gasoline" "Matches."
But, what can the average citizen do?
I think calling those companies on the phone or writing them letters telling them that you know that they are committing federal felonies by hiring illegals would put them on notice so to speak.
Also, maybe calling the local police.
Just the fact that the police show up at their place of business is putting them on notice too.
That way we get it "on record."
Also taking pictures and getting license plate numbers and descriptions of vehicles.
What do you think the average citizen can do?
I think we really do need to start making things uncomfortable for businesses who hire illegal aliens!

Violence is NEVER the solution. The Government should however come down HARD on companies that are currently breaking the law by hiring those who have no LEGAL right to be here.
Now before the hate mail starts, this has NOTHING to do with RACE. It is a simple matter of LAW. If someone has broken the law, and a company knows about it, they should be held accountable. No slaps on the wrist.
I'm talking a MAJOR fine for the first offense, maybe like 30% of the companies yearly earnings over the last 5 years. They should be put out of buisness for a 2nd offense.
Things is, this is a big issue for those who have gone through the legal channels to come here, and it isn't fair for citizens and those who came here the RIGHT way to be punished while those who broke the law are rewarded.
Until the Gov. puts some teeth behind the law, nothing will get done. Sad really.

Yes I agree with you. There should defiently be an easier way for the public to complain especially when it is obvious that companies are hiring illegals (such as construction, ect.) It makes it difficult though to monitor companies for the fact most illegals work "under the table". Employers should be investigated regulary and fined heavily. And if they continue to break the law after so many times they should have to forfeit what ever kind of business licenses/permits they have. And make it a major pain in the butt to re-attain them.

I agee with everything you said.

I also think that the person that does the hiring should be fined or imprisioned for breaking the law!

I like the union roofers answer.Barring that the government should seize their assets and auction them off, that would be a good start as far as I'm concerned.

Demand our government enforce it's own laws. Simple as that. Or allow us all to ignore the rest of them.

I'd be a bit more careful with what your doing. Stalking is a bad thing and will lead you to trouble. If you were doing this to a sexual offender in Kenosha, WI. you would soon find a sheriff at your front door.
Call and writing might fly for a while, while taking photos and following them around is a bit different. It is not up to us to uphold the regulations for hiring, leave it to your politician just get your boot up his crack for positive attention. Remember the deeper you go the louder they scream.

Don't hire them to do work at your home (lawn, handyman, fence building, painting, etc.)

Report them to the Dept of Labor

And report them on the following website, and then send them a link:

It's a start.
