No, this is impossible. Brilliant man is building bridges so good with that new fangled technology, that through osmosis, the bridge deflects all the trouble into the water that runs through - er, I mean under it.

Isn't he big into floods? I imagine he COULD, being so omnipotent and all, but killing all the fishies just wouldn't be as fun as massacring humans. Fishies don't scream.

well....if that's what you meant, he can, but why would he?
there isn't an error is that question....it's just phrased weird so it's hard to get the right idea of it
