"Still Crazy After All These Years" is an obvious one so I'll stick to:
"Me & Julio Down By The Schoolyard', for the drama.
"A Simple, Desultory Philippic", for the strangest and most rambling answers.
"Graceland" Religious or non, we are all searching for it.
"I Know What I Know" - for the more passionate of the bunch (yes, yes, me too!)
"The Obvious Child" - for the older folk. *Winks*
"Bridge Over Troubled Water" - for those of us here who have helped another in need, like you are doing at this moment. (((John O.)))
And, most especially, "Proof". A brilliant song. A staple of R&S.
Oh, and "Rene and Georgette Magritte With Their Dog After The War" - for no reaon other than everyone should hear it at least once. Beautiful and surreal. And hey! Youtube finally has it! I've been looking for this vid for years!

(The sound SUCKS but the lyrics are terrific. I did an essay on Magritte using this song in h.s. Had a blast with it.)
Edit: Why can't I stop giggling at Clear's answer? Every time I think about it I go into giggle fits. Oy.

"I Know What I Know", but he'd be wishing he could say "The Sound of Silence" :)
