I work with pharmaceutical drugs on a daily basis and tend to notice that there are a lot of 'Z's and 'X's in many of the names. I'm not super-creative, so you could probably throw a Z and X into the name and it will be a hit.

I like Katie's suggestion above.
How about "Fixitol".
Or "Eezoff".
Maybe you could change Panacea to "Panceon".
To attract the drug crowd - "Hizone".
To please the angry crowd - "Damnitol".
Aleve had already been used ( it's a good name too), but perhaps it could be modified to "Alevicin" or "Aleviatin".
(Be prepared for lawsuits)
To use Katie's idea to the hilt - "Painfreezex"
or for the educated crowd who know what the word 'dolor' means you could use "Dolorex".
I've got more if you don't like any of these.

"Panacea"
I'm sure the FDA wouldn't allow it, but its a great name.
