Hospitals, go to front desk and ask about volunteering, also food banks, nursing homes, tutoring school kids, helping out around the church with chores. Good Luck and God Bless YOU!

It really depends on what you want to do. My daughter wanted to work at the animal shelter and she just went and talked to the people there. They were tickled to have a volunteer and signed her up immediately. That is really the best way...go to the place where you want to volunteer, such as Good Will, Salvation Army, the local Christian Ministry, the hospital looking for candy stripers, or the Red Cross.

Salvation Army or wherever you can help feed the homeless. Church is an excellent place to ask.
