all of these are wrong in some way.

¿Cuál es tu número de teléfono? is correct.

The difference between cuál and qué can be difficult at first. :)

I'm Uruguayan and the accents and pronunciation is specific among them .Argentinian and Uruguayan Spanish are very an identical however Argentinian tone is specific and a few specific grammar ,I uncover it alright to talk to a Mexican however to any individual from Spain I haven't any notion the right way to appreciate what they are saying in any respect

It's Cual es su numero de telefono.
Put accents over the 'a' in cual, the 'u' in numero, and the second 'e' in telefono.

The correct way to say that statement would be:
Qué es su teléfono número?

The next time you need translation, you can always use this trust-worthy site:

By the way, it isn't cual, cual translates to which. It isn't which is your telephone number, it is what's your telephone number which would be Que. Been speaking spanish all of my life, and have had several courses.

I guess I'm the only one getting thumbs down because I'm right. It isn't dame neither, dame means give me. It isn't cual which means which. It is What, which means que. There isn't any other translation for it people.

Anyways, anymore help, please let me know.

For a friend:
"Dame tu numero de telefono" (or "celular" for cell phone)
or
"Cual es tu numero de telefono?"

For someone you don't know:
"Cual es su numero de telefono?"
