Yes, that's a bad idea. When you chew, your body prepares to digest food by releasing enzymes in your digestive tract.
When none arrives, two things happen. You experience hunger pangs from "tricking" your digestive system. Because you didn't eat anything in response to the hunger(or in response to the pyloric acid), your body assumes you are starving and will store every little bit of fat that's in your body. It will pack in there preparing for starvation.
I've said it so many times I'm sick of it. Get fat if you want, but there is no subsitute for diet and exercise. You need to burn off more calories that you are taking in to lose fat - and that does not mean starve yourself - please! It means eat less fat and exercise.
Our bodies were not created to live in these modern times. They have gone through a lot of evolving and adapting, and weight gain is a survival mechanism that you cannot outsmart. Bottom Line--you cheat your body, you'll get fat, or fatter as the case might be.

Thats a sign of bulimia ands it's not good, if you want to lose weight u'll find its best to eat less but more often, so about 6 small meals a day, u lose a hell of a lot more weight that spitting your food out. neway try explaining your theory to any medical professional...
You will do ur body no favours by doing this..

thats kinda gross almost sounds bulimic. if u wanna lose weight exercise and just plain avoid eating the food cause i bet sometimes ur just gonna swallow it.
