What foods should i eat in order to get fit and what exercise should i do to get stronger but not bulky

your question is far to vague as it all depends on the sport. this is where principle of Training Specificity comes into play. you must engage in training and movements that relate directly to your sport.

1. Eat nutritionally dense foods and eschew processed foods.
Make sure your caloric intake corresponds to your level of activity and that your consumption of proteins and carbohydrates is enough to both sustain energy levels and build tissue.

2. Master the so-called "300" workout. I highly recommend it. I started doing it as a regular part of my training regimen, and the results have been extraordinary.
