That's a pretty tight twist you applied in that question. You are making an unsubstantiated assumption.
All governments are appointed by God to be in place at their proper times and in their proper places. Christians have been instructed to uphold the laws of the land. Which of God's divine laws are in contrast and who is in violation? What preferential treatment is being given?
Are you going to argue now that abortion is killing a human and too many Christians are breaking God's law by saying civil law allows it? Your position is an interesting one.

God has no divine laws. Love God is all we need to know, no other laws required. If we don't have and know the love of God then all the laws in the world won't help us, divine or otherwise.

Because they are attracted to things that allow them to increase in disobedience. Like for an example In the hindu faith some believe that their God married a man and can turn into a women. But it just fits their lifestyle.

Not sure what you're referring to, but I always follow God's laws over man-made laws if they differ.

NOt sure I understand, basically they have been taught that governments are working for God and to disobey them is to disobey God. second the leaders downplay the disobedience of God's laws by such things as God understands, your imperfect, God forgives you.
but disobey mans' laws and you get punished (jail, fines or whatever) people don't go to jail generally for adultery, fornication and homosexulaity. but tax evasion theft that sorta thing. of course I am not sure what laws you refer to that christians prefer.
or another reason is that man's laws are more permissive when it comes to desires of the flesh.
