Am looking for new things.....please, I do not mean eat an apple, vegetable, etc......for instance....there are items such as fat free cheese (kraft cheese), fat free refried beans, wraps (great for sandwiches with low or nor fat meats and mustards) ---- throw some new ideas my way okay? I spend a lot of time going through stores looking for fat free items that I can work with......at a "maintain" stage with weight -- I swim and stuff -- I'm not fat -- just don't want to gain weght back.....someone said hummas and cottage cheese last time (they are both over 50% of calories from fat)......thanks......and no, I am not looking to buy dishes or salad makers either. This time, I'm sure you all with stick with the question okay? Thank you!!

I love to buy the Tuna in the black can that looks upside down. Its like two bucks but tastes better than that two for a buck stuff. Can't remember the name right now. I use Fat Free French with it instead of fat free mayo cause ff mayo is nasty.
You can't live without fat in your diet totaly and be healthy. Low fat is great though. Keep things like turkey or chicken breasts cooked and sliced or chopped to munch on. You can take different types of lettuce leaves and put the meat and cheese on it and roll it up, yummy. Fat free or low fat cheeses, even hard boiled eggs aren't bad for you.
When you buy bread pay attention to the whole grains in them. You need whole grains for roughage. Oatmeal is good too, you can sweeten with Stevia and add cinnamon. Try honey mustards or spicy mustards for flavor and variety with your food. In a hurry, Popeyes even has chicken strips that aren't breaded and are lowfat and delicious. And when you do use butter, use real butter. It is better for you than margarine.

Eating fat doesn't make you fat, extra calories overall (and white flour and sugar) make you fat.
