Shifting your debt isn't the answer. You need to pay off the debt you have.
Make a strict budget. Eliminate all the extras -- cell phone, eating out, new clothes, alcohol, premium cable and internet, etc. Take every penny you can squeeze out of the budget and put it on the highest interest rate debt, while making minimum payments on the rest. When the highest rate is paid, move to the next till all your debts are paid.
Come up with ways to find more money to throw at that debt. Have a garage sale, collect alum cans, get a second job -- pizza delivery has flexible hours and you get the left over pizzas.
If you work at it, you can pay your debt off withint 2 or 3 years and have a good payment history.
Shift your debt around and in another year or so, you'll have all those credit cards charged back up and be looking for bigger loan.

LOAN SCAM - Do Not Pay UpFront Fees.
Do not send money UpFront via Western Union or MoneyGram to any person or business in the UK, Nigeria or Canada in hopes of getting a loan. If you do you will learn a hard lesson & never see any Loan money.

Reality is if you have lousy credit no one is willing to give you more credit without an extremely high interest rate or a co-signor. Or in the majority of cases not at all.
