I believe in soul mates, but sometimes that ideal person that you're looking for might be right in front of you without you realizing it. I don't believe people are destined to be alone. I believe that we were put on this Earth to offer love and to be loved, so I would say unless a person is an absolutely miserable human being, I believe that people have the ability to find and spend the rest of their lives with that special someone.

I don't really believe in soul mates and I don't believe that people are destined to be alone. Ultimately, I think people who are too idealistic or independent actually like being alone and they end up being alone because thats what they want. It easy to say 'I haven't found my soul mate yet' but thats often because people are too scared to make a commitment - nothing to do with reality!

I be live that some people chose to be alone because they cant deal with pain and suffering that's why they are alone and scared to take a chance on love. I believe that every one has a soul mate and they will connect automatically. You will know if this happens to you.
best of luck

yes to both ?s i had a soul mate when i was 38 problem was i was married an she was my wife's Friend. it was very exciting but in the end it ruined my marriage . there are people who by some way do live out their lives without connecting to someone. may be they are obese, bi-polar,Friend ,or drugs . the severely handicapped are alone mostly they may have caretakers ,but never have a normal interaction with others hope this sheds some light

Just like some have soulmates, some are destined to be alone. However, I think the people who are unhappy being alone aren't destined for that. Don't worry.

Nope. Love requires that you care about someone else as much, or more then you care about yourself. That you weigh their desires, dreams, and happiness as important as your own when making a decision.
Alot of people are to conceited, self serving, and self-centered to fall in love. You have to be a good person to fall in love to begin with. Everyone qualify for that? Not by a long shot.

No. People can change. Destiny can change. If you don't go out there and meet girls, there's a pretty damn good chance you're going to end up alone. Take the initiative.
