I just started using flash in my photos or try to use it but I don't have a manual.

I suggest you do an on-line search for Nikon SB-25.

You've already gotten some good answers. But one additional thing to be aware of if you're going to be using it with a digital camera: the SB 25 is NOT DX coded, which means it isn't optimized for performance with any digital camera. And I don't think it's got TTL either.

I use one, however, in small studio work, as a slave to my SB 28DX, and it works fine.
