I am not a vet, but the sounds of your question your dog needs to be taken to the vet's office to get a proper diagnosis & medication!!

He could have a corneal ulcer--they are painful and the eye can become infected. It's serious. The black stuff in the ears is from an infection of some kind--yeast, bacterial, or mites. You know everyone is going to say....."take him to the vet!"

then take your dog to a vet!

Even if there was a vet here on YA, he wouldnt be able to do anything for your dog, because he would actually have to SEE the dog, maybe do some tests to find out what's wrong, and prescribe the proper medicine.

"I NEED A VET'S HELP" - GO. TO. A. VET. Atleast phone one for advice. Look in your yellow pages or search online for one in your area. It doesn't matter what your parents say! Ask them if they would ignore it if you had the same problem.

It's not fair that you should have to be so worried, when they are the adults.
I've replied to your other questions, wipe his eyes gently.

should not be costly except something severe is incorrect or you waited an prolonged time which you mentioned it has merely been a pair of days. they are going to probably do a stain to learn eye for abrasions & look for an infection then provide mandatory meds.

Take your dog into the vet NOW!! stop playing on the computer! If you can't take it to the vet find a new home for him where he will be cared for correctly.
