Hi, i want to work abroad pls help me?

hi, i'm a male of 26 yrs old having master degree in human resource management and diploma in export management. but at present i'm working as freelancer in IT field. i would like to work abroad. can i get work permit without experience?

if u work in my country (saudi arabia) they will pay you a wholeeeeeeeeeeeee bunch of money. don't belive me? ask around. ask americans over there to make sure i'm right.
