an old leg routine from Dorian Yates that we got out an issue of Muscle & Fiction back in the mid 90's.

basically you work you way up to your 10 repetition maximum on the leg press. back then it was about 1,200 lbs with the plates and weight of the sled it was around 8-9 plates a side. so once we were warmed up we would do the 10 reps, then start stripping off 2 plates (1 each side) and going to eccentric failure at each "level". so basically each set consisted of 9-10 drop sets and we would do 3 sets of this. this was only part of our leg workout back then.
