I can bench press at my maximum about 115 pounds, I weigh 125 pounds. That is like 92%+ my body weight, is that okay? Should I be able to press more than my own body weight? Can most people press more than their body weight?

that's outstanding! the majority of adult males can not bench their own body weight (personally I think that's pathetic).

keep up the good work and remember to never substitute form for heavier weights. with resistance training injury occurs from improper form not from lifting heavy loads.
