Please tell me the best way to reomove hair from my chest which can stay for long time and when hair come back should not be too hard.

Perhaps, you could try waxing it. It may seem ridiculous, but they do have specialty chest waxing for men. You can go to a salon, which doesn't just provide feminine services, or you can do it yourself. Waxing can last for weeks.
There's also laser hair removal. It is a lot more expensive but it's well worth it because after a few treatments, there's an 80% chance that it'll provide permanent smoothness.

no matter what -waxing is the best way to get rid of unwanted hair.
you get same results with an epilator.
Depending on your hair growth , you may have to repeat waxing in 2-4 weeks. the regrown hair is not hard. The first waxing session is always a nightmare, but subsequent sessions are less painful for two reasons. One, you get used to it. Second, the hair is very manageable.
All hair removing creams have almost same results. the after growth is too fast. its similar to shaving.

Just repeatedly experiment with applications of differing brands of depilatory creams for various durations until success is found. "Veet" (by Reckitt Benckiser) works well. Some ingrown hairs/ boils/ pimples may result but far fewer than you are attempting to prevent. (For the uninformed, such hazards are often encountered in industrial environments where conditions create constant hot sweaty,itching, irritating, dusty/grimy situations with little water/ cleansing opportunities.) Constant butt scratching is not a good look.

you could try using Veet lotion hair remover (it works on my legs), but,for best results,you most likely need to wax. It could be painful, but it will keep the hair gone the longest
