Here is what you need to do if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Lose weight) and you will have more energry.
If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads) in one and protein (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have any or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross country skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension) (YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. So your body doesnt go into starvation mode, YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF.
If you stick with this you will have a great body. also drink a least 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonalds, Wendys, etc because there is nothing good for you on the menus - even the salads are bad (bacon bits, cheese, dressing, etc)
Good Luck :)

The reason why you're snacking is because you're not eating any protein at all! That's what is causing your hunger. You need to take in some protein at both breakfast and lunch, and that will completely change your hunger. Try some yogurt at breakfast, and then perhaps some peanut butter on whole wheat at lunch. After about three days, you should feel a real difference. Also, for toning, try some weight bearing exercise, like push ups and pull ups.

I have lost a total of 120 pounds so far.
I lost 105 pounds in my first 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.
It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.
Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track. They offer a free 7 day trial, and so far I am very impressed with the product. Try the 7 days and see. It allows you to add the exercise that you do during the day, which increases the amount of calories you can take in. Very Cool!!

Good LUCK!

Well any one will let you know, gradual and constant is find out how to pass. Exercise extra (that's seems like you're doing...well for you!) and simply devour extra healthful. Lean meat protein is a first-rate approach to pass, which on the whole manner hen with out the epidermis (and no, that doesn't imply going to KFC!) two to three kilos every week? Well I have no idea approximately that, however do exactly what you're doing and preserve it up in a gradual constant velocity and you'll be knocking 'em useless in Mexico subsequent summer season!

Firstly, avoid white bread, brown is preferable. If possible, do some walking or thread mill 1 hour a day. Cereal is okey but tortilla is worst stop it. Try to decrease your intake and try to limit your carbo intakes.
