i've noticed that every time i do something i start to feel weird like idk can't really explain it but it feels weird
like i will be talking a friend my head will start to hurt and i start seeing dizzyness and i just come back again it always happens everyday i never had it is it just me?

It could be a lot of things. Blood sugar levels - do you eat regularly and healthy? Dehydration - do you drink enough water everyday?
You definitely want to talk to a doctor. You don't want to put this off. You may have a seizure disorder - which isn't as scary as it sounds. When someone says seizure, they think of falling on the ground, twitching, unconsciousness. But there's other kinds as well. Some refer to just your brain suddenly "shutting off" for a few minutes, sometimes people are just very suddenly overtaken by a strange emotion. Or, something like what you're describing.
Make an appointment with your doctor. He may refer you to a neurologist. It may be nothing at all, but it beats not knowing, right?

I get something like that too only I get it when I'm extremely depressed (crying, shaking) Your situation doesn't sound like mine. It could be either neurogical or psycological. First, I would check this out with your doctor and maybe see a neurologist. It could be you having minor seizures.

Don't know see a doctor & maybe get counseling. Who wants to miss out on all the nice things in life with because something like this is going on. It may be very manageable.
I've struggled with panic and anxiety and I have to force myself to get out and do things.

Yeah.That Happens to me too......it's really nothing much..it probably means that it's getting close to groth spurt time!

Should get checked, it could be your blood pressure or sugar level or something.........
